Dr. Kiconco Milliam is a holder of a PhD in Criminology from the City University of Hong Kong. She is also a holder of a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the prestigious University of Cambridge, UK. Milliam had earlier attained a first-class Honours Degree in Social Sciences (Sociology and Gender Studies) from Makerere University, Uganda.

Dr. Milliam possesses over 18 years of experience in research and advocacy. She has been serving as a lecturer at both  Kyambogo and Makerere Public Universities of Uganda. She has attended many international conferences related to development, especially, of women. The wide and diversified scopes of training have exposed her to a wealth of knowledge in various fields. Given her high calibre training in addition to her competence in communication and research skills among others, Milliam is resourceful as far as the furtherance of ACCC’s vision, mission and objectives is concerned. Dr. Milliam handles research in all issues of sociological and gender nature.
